Mindful Movements is designed to utilize mind-body techniques to help individuals
take control of both their physical and mental struggles. The goal is to help every client live a healthy and happy lifestyle. As a Professional Licensed Counselor, Rebecca is able to combine psychology and movement together. Pilates emphasizes proper breathing, correct alignment, and concentration on smooth,
flowing movements to help be more connected to the body and control movements. We focus on the core and proper postural alignment to teach the body to always move as a whole. Through use of Pilates equipment, we work on balance and coordination in every session.
Insurances accepted for some conditions (Therapy & Neurological Conditions included)
Sessions are 50 minutes long. I always allow time to change and answer any questions about billing, scheduling, etc.
Please be mindful that if you are running late, we will still end on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will need to e rescheduled.
12-hour cancellation policy is required for all sessions. In the event of a late cancellation you will be charged a fee. No show will be charged full price of missed session.
All payments must be received at time of session. A valid credit or debit card will be kept on file if you fail to make payment in a timely manner.
